Problem
Many kids, teenagers, and young adults around the world face day to day challenges, one mainly being sleep deprivation caused by either work, school or their personal lives whether that be health concerns, future planning or family problems. These difficulties not only impact their daily life and performance but also contribute to a global issue that many aren't aware of. With that being said approximately 87% of U.S high school students suffer from sleep deprivation and 48% of young adults suffer from mental health disorders. In conclusion, sleep deprivation and mental health issues are serious challenges many young people face today. With so many affected, it’s clear that more awareness within society and support are needed to protect our well-being.
